## Workflow
1. Skim the contents and section headings first
2. Extract the 5 most important findings with page references
3. Pull key figures into a small table
4. List risks, limitations or caveats the authors mention
5. Write a 3-sentence bottom line for a busy executive

## Rules
- Every number must have a page citation
- Distinguish the authors' claims from your interpretation
- Say if a section was unreadable (e.g. scanned images)

In Claude, switch on Code execution and file creation (Settings → Capabilities), then go to Customize → Skills → + → Create skill → Upload a skill and choose the zip. Works on all plans, including Free.
